MAS SYSTECH is a Pune-based manufacturer of secondary packaging and end-of-line automation, delivering in-house engineered, customized solutions across liquor and beverage, glass, chemicals and agrochemicals, personal and home care, and food and FMCG lines.

The company designs, engineers, manufactures, assembles, tests and integrates packaging automation solutions in-house, giving greater control over quality, customization and project execution. Rather than treating secondary packaging as a collection of standalone machines, MAS SYSTECH approaches the end of the line as one connected productivity system, engineered around the customer’s product, required line speed, plant layout, handling challenges, safety needs and future capacity requirements.

With expertise across case packing, case erecting, case sealing, shrink wrapping, conveying, robotic palletising and complete line integration, MAS SYSTECH focuses on creating practical automation solutions that support predictable throughput, reduced manpower dependency and reliable end-of-line operations.

At MAS SYSTECH, my focus has always been on strengthening the way we execute—from engineering and planning to manufacturing, assembly, testing, quality, and final project delivery.

We work in end-of-line packaging automation, where every project comes with its own product, speed, layout, and operational challenges. That is why I strongly believe automation cannot simply be picked from a catalogue. It has to be engineered around the customer’s actual production line.

As Co-Founder and COO, I spend a significant part of my time ensuring that our teams, systems, and processes work together seamlessly, so that what we promise our customers is ultimately what we deliver on the shopfloor.
